excellent location, one short block from the sea. We could walk the boardwalk all the way to the old city which was fabulous. The hotel is modest but very clean and quite modern looking and attractive. The room is large enough and had 2 beds as requested. It is a budget hotel so there are no extra amenities such as coffee machine, safe, etc. But the beds were comfortable, a small but good washroom with only a shower. Our room was in a corner spot, so the internet was a bit weak and we had to go near the door to get connected. Their breakfast cost about 6 euros but was a convenient buffet for a good start to the day. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The location was excellent approximately half way between the airport and the centre of Nice. 1 street back from the sea. The room was functional, bathroom was really good. Used as a base for sightseeing. Approx 35 mins walk to the train station. Car parking facilities opposite the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. €65 per night. Would definitely use again. Breakfast facilities looked good but did not really use them.

- Great location, directly at the tram stop with the tram connecting the airport and the city centre. - Friendly staff, easy check-in, good breakfast. - From the top floor we even had sea view! - The beach is 5 min away. Most importantly, when we asked about leaving our bags for half a day after check-out, the reception staff told us that we could use shower facilities (!) later in the day, free of charge (!!), and even gave us free towels (!!!). This is top-level service which made the travel back from Nice so much more comfortable.

The hotel is situated on the half way from airport to the city center. It is in the line of the tram No. 2 which is very frequent. We use buses for excursions to Cannes and Antibes (bus 620 departures at Park Phoenix - near the airport) and Monaco (bus 607 - station is near Port Lympia). Both bus station are on the route of tram No. 2. The English promenade is less than 100 m away from the hotel. We came after the midnight, but they leave us room card at the reception. The room is simply equipped, but it was everyday cleaned and towels were changed. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind.

The hotel location is really good, close to the beautiful beach and there are good cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. The family room was also good for our family (3 people), and the window view (with the ocean view) was nice.
