Excellent location, tram from airport stops right outside the hotel ( and this route continues right into central Nice and the Port area). Hotel is one road back from the sea front promenade .Room was clean. Breakfast was great value for money, but if you want a lie in there are also bars close by where you can eat. Also they have the option to leave your luggage at the hotel should you arrive before check in time, or if you have a late flight home, found this very useful.

excellent location, one short block from the sea. We could walk the boardwalk all the way to the old city which was fabulous. The hotel is modest but very clean and quite modern looking and attractive. The room is large enough and had 2 beds as requested. It is a budget hotel so there are no extra amenities such as coffee machine, safe, etc. But the beds were comfortable, a small but good washroom with only a shower. Our room was in a corner spot, so the internet was a bit weak and we had to go near the door to get connected. Their breakfast cost about 6 euros but was a convenient buffet for a good start to the day. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Clean and modern. Tram right outside that takes you to the centre and the other way to the airport. 1 minute walk to the beach.

Conveniently located, right across a bakery, next to a pharmacy and a pizzeria, with tram stop right in front, so reaching both the city center and the airport was easy. Near the promenade. Bed was good, room was clean. Reception area has machines selling snacks and drinks, and beach stuff. Also a mini kids playing area. Surprisingly, WiFi was working fine both in the rooms and in the lobby. Staff were pleasant. All in all, I would stay there again.

As far as budget hotel experiences go, this was pretty good! Location is excellent - 2 min walk to the beach’s and 1 minute to the tram which is extremely well connected to the centre of Nice. The AC in our first room didn’t work, so the staff kindly moved us to a room with working AC and it was much bigger. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Beds very comfy. Bathroom was basic and had a slightly strange smell but not too bad.

- Great location, directly at the tram stop with the tram connecting the airport and the city centre. - Friendly staff, easy check-in, good breakfast. - From the top floor we even had sea view! - The beach is 5 min away. Most importantly, when we asked about leaving our bags for half a day after check-out, the reception staff told us that we could use shower facilities (!) later in the day, free of charge (!!), and even gave us free towels (!!!). This is top-level service which made the travel back from Nice so much more comfortable.

The hotel is situated on the half way from airport to the city center. It is in the line of the tram No. 2 which is very frequent. We use buses for excursions to Cannes and Antibes (bus 620 departures at Park Phoenix - near the airport) and Monaco (bus 607 - station is near Port Lympia). Both bus station are on the route of tram No. 2. The English promenade is less than 100 m away from the hotel. We came after the midnight, but they leave us room card at the reception. The room is simply equipped, but it was everyday cleaned and towels were changed. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind.

The hotel location is really good, close to the beautiful beach and there are good cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. The family room was also good for our family (3 people), and the window view (with the ocean view) was nice.

Great location with the tram stop from airport just outside. Easy access into central Nice all areas, from same tram L2. 2 mins walk to Promenade des Anglais and beach. Convenience store and Italian restaurant next door. Patisserie opposite. Hotel breakfast was good enough for 9 Euros.. plenty of options but no hot food. Room was clean and quiet on 7th floor, with aircon. Handy storage facilities pre check in and departure. Staff very helpful. Easy check-in/out. Would stay here again - we stayed for 2 nights but a week could easily be done here for us.

- location is great. Tram L2 is in front of the hotel will bring you directly from/to the airport. Bus 12 is 3 min away, will bring you along the promenade, to the center. - Supermarkets in the nearby. - Staff is great and helpful. - 2 elevators - Microwave in the lobby - clean and cosy. Warm in the room -the cleaning lady comes each day and makes the beds, changes the towels and throw the garbage out - you can ask for extra pillows if you want - nice sea view from room 909
