excellent location, one short block from the sea. We could walk the boardwalk all the way to the old city which was fabulous. The hotel is modest but very clean and quite modern looking and attractive. The room is large enough and had 2 beds as requested. It is a budget hotel so there are no extra amenities such as coffee machine, safe, etc. But the beds were comfortable, a small but good washroom with only a shower. Our room was in a corner spot, so the internet was a bit weak and we had to go near the door to get connected. Their breakfast cost about 6 euros but was a convenient buffet for a good start to the day. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable and reasonable priced accommodation in Nice. Not far away from airport and not far away from city center, conveniently positioned close to the Lenval Hopital T2 tram station. Hotel is ok, hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but clean and perfect for short stay. You can also have decent breakfast in the hotel for 6.9 euros per person. We also had Ibis Hotel experiences in other countries and cities and as always - it is good value for money and usually very well positioned regarding airports and railway stations.

Location was fab, also right by the sea for nice walk which can take you everywhere, right by tram so easy to get around Nice without any hassle and so simple to get to airport about 15 mins on tram from door to door that easy, so cheap 1.50 euros per person per trip, so much cheaper than getting a taxi not worth it which could cost you around £40 for a taxi.

The room was clean, everyday they changed our towels. If you know that is a low budget hotel and you only need a room for sleep and shower, is a great chose.
